Human Resource Manager Opportunity

Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager Oversee and manage all HR functions across the organization
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts for multiple departments
Supervise employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, real estate industry regulations, and company policies
Design and manage performance evaluation and employee development programs
Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture-building initiatives
Provide guidance to leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and HR best practices
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is a plus
