Responsibilities

As a Steward, your main duties will include transporting and cleaning utensils and service ware, supporting our commitment to outstanding guest service and profitability. Key tasks include:

• Washing dishes and operating dishwashers
• Scrubbing pots and pans
• Polishing silverware and utensils
• Maintaining supplies and cleaning areas
• Transporting and storing clean service ware
• Training other staff as needed
• Preparing items for events and functions
