Responsibilities Working under minimal supervision, the Clinical Trials Coordinator is responsible for the study subject identification, recruitment, screening for eligibility enrollment and follow-up in accordance with research protocols, as well as initiating all regulatory documentation and compliance. The Clinical Trials Coordinator will provide the services as a Patient Navigator, providing orientation, scheduling, retention, and transportation assistance for subjects participating in research studies. This position will support principal investigators, providing integral research functions throughout the duration of the project.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s

Discipline(s): Physical Sciences (biology, chemistry, physics, etc.) healthcare/public health or related field

Certifications/Licenses Required: Clinical Trial Coordinator 2 or 3: CCRC/ CCRP or related Clinical Research Certification

Experience: CTC 1: 1 year; CTC 2: 3 years; CTC 3: 5 years

Experience Type: Professional level experience

Substitution: Master’s degree can substitute for 1 year of professional level experience
