Project Manager – Integration Projects Summary Carex is partnering with a HealthTech industry partner to hire a Project Manager who will lead cross‑functional projects focused on system integrations and electronic health record (EHR) connectivity, specifically within Epic. Epic knowledge/background will be key. This individual will work closely with Integration Analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of integration initiatives that align with organizational goals.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage integration-focused projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
Partner with Integration Analysts to align project timelines and deliverables with technical requirements.
Collaborate with application teams, SMEs, and third‑party vendors to define project requirements and priorities.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and remove barriers to progress.
Monitor project status, prepare reports, and deliver updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate project governance processes, including scope management, issue tracking, and change control.
Build positive relationships with stakeholders, promoting effective communication and alignment.
Support testing and validation efforts to ensure integrations meet business and compliance needs.
Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and integration processes.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project management experience, including client‑facing or cross‑functional roles.
Demonstrated experience leading IT or system integration projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a complex environment.
Strong facilitation and problem‑solving skills with a focus on collaboration and team success.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in healthcare, EHR systems, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with HL7 or other healthcare data integration standards.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification.
