What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN. Fluency in English and Spanish (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand through excellent customer service. Excellent video and audio communication skills.
What You Need Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Expected base pay ranges by location: Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
