What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer using everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax law knowledge and PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand through customer delight.
Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria (or willingness to obtain).
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week spread across three or more days.
Expected Base Pay Range For This Position (variable by location): Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50, Southern California $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50, Illinois $27.50 - $34.80, Maryland $27.50 - $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50, New York $28.80 - $36.50, Ohio $24.80 - $30.30, Vermont $27.50 - $34.80, Washington $28.80 - $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
