What You Will Do Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers.
Lead the role virtually, using video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney; strong tax preparation experience; active PTIN.
Bilingual English/Spanish written and spoken communication.
Passionate about client service and capable of interacting professionally via video and audio tools.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area, CA $28.80–$36.50 ,
Southern California $28.80–$36.50 ,
Colorado $27.50–$34.80 ,
Hawaii $28.80–$36.50 ,

Maryland $27.50–$34.80 ,
