Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

We're seeking a dynamic hunter for our Area Sales Representative position. You must have 2-3 years experience and a background in medical or pharmaceutical sales, preferably within the aesthetics industry (dermatology, plastic surgery, dermatologic lasers). This position will cover the West Coast US territory.

The Area Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, Med Spas, and other healthcare providers. This role involves managing a product line, supporting existing customers, and expanding market share through strategic sales initiatives as well as attending multiple trade shows throughout the year. Travel is around 50% of the time, throughout the US.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop, implement, and manage revenue-generating sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Key Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic practitioners) to maximize customer retention and identify upselling opportunities.

New Business Development:

Prospect for new customers, penetrate untapped markets, and create lasting business relationships through effective communication and creative problem-solving.

Territory Management:

Conduct thorough territory analysis and prioritize key prospects to optimize sales performance within your assigned region.

Product Demonstrations & Training:

Travel extensively (up to 50% of the time) throughout the U.S. to perform product demonstrations with medical practices, conduct field training for new/existing customers, and assist at trade shows.

Marketing Support & Key Opinion Leader Development:

Collaborate with marketing initiatives, support professional society meetings/trade shows, and contribute to the development of key opinion leaders in the industry.

Salesforce CRM Proficiency:

Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM systems to maintain accurate sales data, forecast sales performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven Track Record:

Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, or medical device/pharmaceutical sales with a history of achieving/exceeding sales targets.

Medical Sales Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience selling to physicians, preferably within the aesthetics industry. Prior photography or imaging technology experience is desirable but not required.

Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills:

Ability to engage diverse clients and close deals through effective communication and negotiation strategies.

Sales Analysis Proficiency:

Proven ability to analyze sales data, adapt to market trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong Technical Aptitude:

Comfortable discussing technical aspects of medical devices and willingness to learn new technologies as they emerge.

Self-Motivation & Independence:

Highly self-motivated individual with the proven ability to work independently and achieve results with minimal supervision.

Experience in photography

or familiarity with imaging technologies is a plus.

QuantifiCare Inc. offers a salary of $70k-$75k plus commission (non capped) –based compensation structure along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, holiday pay, and a PTO plan.
