Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Location West Coast, US (Travel 50% of the time)
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage revenue-generating sales strategies to meet sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic practitioners) to maximize retention and upsell.
Prospect new customers and penetrate untapped markets.
Conduct thorough territory analysis and prioritize prospects.
Travel extensively to perform product demonstrations, field training, and trade show support.
Collaborate with marketing and support key opinion leaders.
Use Salesforce (or similar) to maintain accurate data and forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, or medical device/pharmaceutical sales with a history of exceeding targets.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience to physicians, preferably in the aesthetics industry.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales analysis and data-driven decision making.
Comfortable discussing technical aspects of medical devices and quick to learn new technology.
Self‑motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Experience in photography or imaging technology is a plus.
Benefits Salary of $70k-$75k plus non‑capped commission, along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), holiday pay, and PTO.
