Responsibilities
Achieve sales target for assigned territory / region.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
Timely collection of outstanding payment from all vendors; ensure no payment outstanding for more than 30/60/90 days.
Communicate any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Direct market channel development activity, coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Meet with key clients, assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Achieve satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
Monitor competitor products and sales activities.
Any other job responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration.
Prior experience in FMCG sales is preferred.
Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities with a focus on strategic planning and problem solving.
