Sales Executive – Atlanta

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales target for assigned territory / region.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
  • Timely collection of outstanding payment from all vendors; ensure no payment outstanding for more than 30/60/90 days.
  • Communicate any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Direct market channel development activity, coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Meet with key clients, assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Achieve satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
  • Monitor competitor products and sales activities.
  • Any other job responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration.
  • Prior experience in FMCG sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on strategic planning and problem solving.
