Sales Executive – Atlanta

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target for assigned territory / region.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Timely collection of outstanding payment from all vendors; ensure no payment outstanding for more than 30/60/90 days.
- Communicate any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Direct market channel development activity, coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Meet with key clients, assist sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Achieve satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence.
- Monitor competitor products and sales activities.
- Any other job responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration.
- Prior experience in FMCG sales is preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on strategic planning and problem solving.
