Overview RegalCare at Glen Ridge at Medford
is seeking a 7‑3 Nurse Manager. This position offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. The Unit Manager will lead day shift operations, manage an on‑call rotation, provide clinical leadership, and maintain regulatory compliance to ensure high quality care for residents.
Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the nursing unit and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide leadership and guidance to RN, LPN, and CNA staff.
Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and monitor care quality.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and discharge planning.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other health professionals to coordinate resident care.
Participate in an on‑call rotation to support staff during off‑hours.
Requirements
Valid RN or LPN license in the state of MA.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of long‑term care regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to inspire staff.
Flexibility to participate in an on‑call rotation, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
