Job Description:
UW Medicine Montlake - Stadium clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2 to provide an efficient system of internal and external communications, scheduling, data collection, and patient support in a day shift full‑time environment.
Work Schedule Full‑time, 40 hours per week Day Shift

Primary Job Responsibilities Provide staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging. Schedule provider and ancillary service appointments. Obtain patient demographic, financial, and clinical information. Partner with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery. Perform other duties as requested.
Requirements High school graduation or equivalent, AND One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience, OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation Pay Range Minimum: $43,236.00 annually
Pay Range Maximum: $59,976.00 annually
