A global services firm is hiring a
Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis
to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across a multi-entity environment. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do:
Own monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and reporting packages
Analyze KPIs, trends, and variances to guide strategic decisions
Partner with department heads to align forecasts and drive performance
Present insights to executives and support board-level reporting
Improve processes and support system transitions
Must-Haves:
5+ years FP&A experience in a mid-to-large company
Adaptive Planning software experience required
Strong Excel skills and financial modeling
Multi-entity accounting experience
Nice-to-Haves:
Professional services industry background
