Maintain up-to-date project cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Lead monthly project reviews with executive leadership covering cost performance, revenue recognition, and financial forecasts.

Oversee project invoicing, accounts receivable, and timely payment collection.

Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams to review proposals, budgets, and contractual terms on upcoming bids.

Serve as the project's primary point of contact for all commercial matters, ensuring proactive issue resolution and professional client relations.

Safety & Compliance

Promote a culture of safety and ensure all personnel comply with OSHA, client, and company safety requirements.

Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and ensure proper PPE usage and documentation.

Report incidents, near misses, and corrective actions promptly and effectively.
