We are seeking a dedicated, student‑centered School Psychologist to join our educational team and provide vital psychological and behavioral support to students, staff, and families. Position Summary

The School Psychologist will play a key role in supporting the academic, emotional, and social success of all students. This position involves conducting assessments, providing counseling and interventions, collaborating with educators and parents, and helping to create a positive school climate that promotes mental health and learning for every child. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to evaluate cognitive, behavioral, and emotional functioning. Interpret assessment results and participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement evidence‑based interventions. Assist with school‑wide initiatives, including Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay informed of current best practices in school psychology. Qualifications

Required: Masters, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral (Ph.D./Psy.D.) degree in School Psychology from an accredited program. Valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) School Psychologist license. Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and collaboration. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive school environment. Preferred

Experience working in a K12 public school setting. Familiarity with PBIS, MTSS, and trauma‑informed practices. Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus.
