Position Summary
Soliant is seeking a compassionate and skilled School Psychologist to join our dedicated team for the 2025‑26 school year. The successful candidate will provide psychological services aimed at promoting student success academically, socially, and emotionally in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations to assess student needs
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team evaluations
Provide consultation and support to educators, parents, and administrators to develop strategies that foster student success
Deliver counseling services to students individually and in groups as needed
Collaborate with school staff to develop behavior intervention plans and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Support the districts Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to special education and psychological services
Required Qualifications
Masters or Specialist degree (Ed.S., Ph.D., or Psy.D.) in School Psychology
Valid Illinois School Psychologist certification/license
Experience with psychoeducational assessments and interventions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a K12 school environment
Familiarity with Naperville’s diverse community and student needs
Bilingual or multilingual abilities
