Risant Health’s Integration and Operations function will lead cross‑functional efforts to integrate new health systems, establish Communities of Practice, build Shared Services, and oversee day‑to‑day corporate operations including HR, planning, integration management, performance monitoring, and risk management.

Position Overview Risant Health seeks a Strategic Operations Associate to advance high‑impact projects and support executive leadership. You will coordinate cross‑functional efforts, manage internal events, develop executive‑level communications, and track organizational performance. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Expertise:

Lead complex, cross‑functional projects from concept to execution; track progress, identify risks, and drive initiatives to completion.

Data‑Driven & Detail‑Oriented:

Design dashboards, trackers, and metrics to monitor performance, manage budgets, and measure organizational success; support enterprise‑wide initiatives and operational performance metrics across functions.

Event Coordination & Business Calendar Management:

Plan and execute internal events (e.g., Town Halls) and maintain Risant Health’s Annual Business Calendar.

Rapid Strategic Support:

Respond to urgent requests from the Chief of Staff with timely analysis and recommendations, pivoting quickly while managing competing priorities.

Executive‑Level Communication:

Create presentations, reports, and briefings for executives and board members with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Health, Economics, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in consulting, healthcare, strategy, or operations roles; prior startup experience highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms (e.g., Lucid, Asana, Smartsheet); strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Interpersonal Competencies:

Excellent communication skills, adaptability, strategic thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

Data analysis experience, including creation of Power BI dashboards.

Experience supporting executive leadership or Board‑level initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits The projected base salary for this position ranges from $112,500 to $148,500, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
