Overview Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital

is an 80‑bed behavioral health facility located in Stuart, FL, offering inpatient treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults with 24/7 services. We seek a dynamic Outpatient Services Manager to lead our growing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Responsibilities • Oversee delivery and documentation of age‑specific psychotherapy and social services for patients in the PHP/IOP programs.

• Develop and maintain outpatient policies, procedures, education, and therapy programs.

• Provide effective and efficient treatment planning and progress notes.

• Assist patient families and referral sources with continuum of care from admissions through discharge planning.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Education Psychology/Counseling.

LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMHC or LMFT in Florida.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a psychiatric setting or related field, and 3 years of management experience.
