Responsibilities Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Outpatient Services Manager to oversee our growing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)!

Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital is an 80-bed behavioral health facility located in Stuart, FL, and provides inpatient treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Our professional staff individualizes care to uniquely fit the intensity and severity of each patient case and their family's needs. Because crisis occurs at all times of the day and night, our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Outpatient Services Manager is responsible for the delivery and documentation of age/population specific psychotherapy and social services for patients in the PHP/IOP programs; develops and maintains outpatient policies and procedures, as well as outpatient education and therapy programs. Provides effective and efficient treatment planning and progress notes; assists patient family members and referral sources with continuum of care from the admissions process through discharge planning.

Qualifications Requirements:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Education Psychology/Counseling.

LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMHC or LMFT in Florida.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in psychiatric setting or related field; and 3 years of management experience.
