Position Overview We are seeking an
experienced and highly motivated Commercial Project Manager
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing
multiple ground-up commercial projects ranging from $5M to $40M+ , with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication
Review and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, take-offs, and change orders
Identify and manage project risks, delays, and critical path milestones
Lead on-site meetings and monitor construction progress
Ensure compliance with permitting, inspection, and safety requirements
Qualifications
5–7+ years
of experience managing commercial ground-up construction projects ($5M–$40M+)
Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management skills (Critical Path proficiency)
Proficient in
Microsoft Project, Excel, and Procore
Strong understanding of
blueprints, take-offs, RFIs, submittals, and deltas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors
Knowledge of permitting and inspection processes
Willingness to travel
for out-of-state projects (a plus)
