Responsible for overseeing the design, development, configuration and implementation ofintegrationsolutions using the following technologies: middleware, ETL, B2BIntegration, File Transfer, API Management and Reporting Responsible for overseeing the production operation ofintegrationplatforms for middleware, ETL, B2BIntegration, File Transfer, API Management and Reporting Develops product roadmaps forintegrationtechnologies and adhere to rigorous upgrade schedule to avoid loss of vendor support and mitigate product vulnerabilities Coordinates with Oncor architects onintegrationsolutions and technology product roadmaps to ensure alignment with Enterprise goals Assists teams with quick resolution of production failures and identify impacts to transaction processing for communication to leadership and stakeholders Guides continuous improvement efforts, participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning Responsible for understanding and working with Oncor Commercial Governance on vendor licensing models, licensing costs and renewals ofintegrationtechnologies • Assists ProjectManagerswithmanagingthe team’s CAPEX budget and overseeIntegrationprojects Works with onshore and offshore Agile teams consisting of developers, analysts and projectmanagers Consults and collaborates with ProjectManagers, Technology Leads to understandIntegrationproject scope, stay aligned, identify interdependencies and manage the risks with those dependencies Fosters team collaboration, recommends process changes and identifies and evangelizes trends that can improve the team’s delivery and results Demonstrates analytic skills and the ability to apply these skills in a multi-tasking environment where multiple projects will require participation at a given time Develops and reports on metrics tailored for the Oncor Technology’s goals, reviewed quarterly to adjust for improved performance Consults with stakeholders to assess and anticipate futureintegrationrequirements and develops long term plans Manages vendor relationships and escalate problems to vendors when needed Keeps abreast of relevant industry leading standards and emerging technologies Other duties as assigned Skills Strong leadership, people management, time management, and organizational skills Strong collaboration and partnering skills Ability to articulate complex system issues and work with various stakeholders, both internally and external Ability to communicate with 3rd party vendor to acquire needed updates and to deliver additional tasks as needed Ability to develop and set up goals, and visibly measure improvement results Hold teams accountable to program and project management best practices Effective analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
