The Technical Analyst role is responsible for providing support for manufacturing software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) and enterprise‑wide applications necessary for the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities.
Base pay range $87,986.60/yr – $112,263.32/yr.
Job Description The Technical Analyst role is responsible for providing support for manufacturing SaaS and enterprise‑wide applications, ensuring they run efficiently with minimal downtime. The incumbent will configure, set up, and update applications, ensuring data is entered accurately. They will assist with developing queries and building reports, provide suggestions for changes in application development, and support user training and access setup. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders is essential.
Responsibilities
Support team with SaaS and enterprise‑wide applications in the manufacturing space, aiding configuration and design considerations.
Organize and provide data for internal department planning and activities.
Perform basic configuration, setup, and updating of manufacturing applications.
Assist in loading data into established tables, fields, and system databases.
Research and propose approaches to define governance standards for data input, structure, and storage.
Build reports to facilitate business management and staff decisions.
Set up user access and assist in training users on the applications.
Provide suggestions for changes in application development, maintenance, and system standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to ensure integration and interoperability of enterprise‑wide systems.
Facilitate collaboration with client stakeholders and external vendors to support enterprise‑wide applications.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1‑B visa.
Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Qualifications Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related field, or at least 3 years of experience in enterprise‑wide software support.
Preferred
Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle.
Required Knowledge and Experience
2‑4 years of experience in manufacturing enterprise‑wide software support with in‑depth knowledge of software development methodologies.
Knowledge of manufacturing applications and software platforms.
Experience with SaaS and enterprise‑wide systems.
Experience configuring and setting up various enterprise‑wide applications.
Familiarity with applying security designs and principles to technology‑based business solutions.
Experience in database management and maintenance.
Ability to develop custom queries using query and reporting tools.
Knowledge of data management best practices and quality control processes.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
2+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Planning or Inventory.
Experience with MES / SCADA / IoT / Automation technologies connected to Cloud environments.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop floor human interfaces.
