We are seeking an experienced
National Business Class Lead for Irrigation
to lead our irrigation practice. The primary duties include:
Managing the planning and design of irrigation projects, coordinating and leading project teams.
Driving engagement and activities with irrigation clients across the region.
Leading the development of a national strategy for irrigation clients and tracking its implementation.
Working independently while supervising medium‑to‑large teams of professionals and technicians.
Developing proposals, scopes of work, and contract cost estimates, and maintaining professional or engineering registration.
Preferred Qualifications:
20+ years’ experience in Water Resources, emphasizing irrigation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a related field.
Professional or engineering registration with related technical experience.
Experience in developing and managing diverse teams.
Ability to collaborate with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers.
Commitment to quality, improvement, and HDR values.

Schedule: Full‑time. Employee Status: Regular.
