Water Supply Management – Business Class Lead for Irrigation
HDR Engineering is seeking an experienced National Business Class Lead for Irrigation to lead our irrigation practice. The primary duties include managing the planning and design of irrigation projects, coordinating and leading project teams, and driving engagement with irrigation clients across the region. The Lead will develop and implement a national strategy for irrigation clients, track implementation, and oversee proposal development, scope creation, and contract cost estimating. Responsibilities also include mentoring and supervising medium to large professional and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
20+ years of water resources experience, with a strong emphasis on irrigation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
Professional or engineering registration with related technical experience.
Experience in developing and managing diverse teams.
Strong collaboration skills with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors, and marketing managers.
Commitment to HDR values and quality improvement.
Active participation in an employee‑owned culture.
Compensation Expected compensation range: $163,422 – $324,250, depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
Primary Location United States – Arizona – Phoenix
