Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, Cardiology

About the role: The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing and executing sales compensation processes across Boston Scientific’s rapidly growing Cardiology divisions—including Watchman, Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management, and Interventional Solutions. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, accurate, and standardized compensation operations that drive sales effectiveness and support sustained business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, technical skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset with a bias toward action.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Administer pay execution processes including revenue adjustments, reconciliations, accruals, and payfeed preparation for Finance and Payroll

Support compensation system enhancements through UAT testing and continuous feedback loops

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across divisions

Develop and document long‑term process solutions, and train stakeholders on updated workflows

Create and maintain standardized templates and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability

Consolidate and validate data across all divisions to provide consistency in analysis and commentary against accrual and forecast

Build strong collaborative relationships with Compensation Strategy, Sales Systems & Reporting, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency in compensation processes and analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, or Sales Operations

Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Experience with Tableau or other data analysis tools

Highly organized with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail

Strong analytical ability to work with large datasets and generate insights to drive decisions

Ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple and shifting priorities

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Preferred qualifications:

Boston Scientific or medical device industry experience

Experience with Anaplan or other compensation software

– will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
