Responsibilities
You lead and develop a U.S.-based team focused on scaling our VRDT (Voltage Regulating Distribution Transformer) business
You drive the go‑to‑market strategy for next‑generation VRDT OLTCs and convert pilot projects into standard utility purchases
You identify and initiate pilot opportunities with large utilities and provide technical consulting throughout the process
You engage with regulatory bodies, technical standardization organizations (e.g. IEEE), and research institutes to align technology with incentives and standards
You build strategic partnerships and represent MR within the U.S. smart grid ecosystem
Qualifications
You have a technical background in electrical engineering and hands‑on experience with low and medium voltage products
You bring several years of experience in the U.S. utility sector, with strong connections in network planning, DER integration, and grid innovation
You have a proven track record in business development, especially in scaling new technologies within utilities
You are confident in communicating technical and economic value propositions and can quickly build credibility with utility stakeholders
You are willing and able to travel extensively across the U.S. to represent MR with customers, partners, and industry groups
