Tax Manager (Generalist)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote
ExecuSource is seeking a Tax Manager (Generalist) to join our clients growing Tax Practice in Atlanta. This role offers the opportunity to lead engagements, mentor staff, and deliver innovative tax planning and compliance solutions for diverse clients.
Responsibilities
Review and prepare complex business and individual tax returns.
Manage client relationships and deliver tax consulting and projections.
Supervise, mentor, and develop staff.
Oversee tax preparation and research projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred).
CPA license required.
4–7 years of public accounting experience, including 1+ year in supervision.
Strong Excel skills; experience with tax workflow software a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
