Recruiting Operations Manager at Premier Financial Search
Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Tax Manager to join its Tax practice in Atlanta, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who thrives in a people-first culture.
Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $142,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Review complex corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
Manage, delegate, and review the work of tax staff and senior accountants
Prepare and oversee business income tax returns and related filings
Provide proactive tax planning, projections, and consulting to construction clients
Serve as a trusted client advisor, maintaining strong relationships and exceptional service standards
Mentor, develop, and support team members in their professional growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred)
Active CPA license
4–7 years of public accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Industry experience in Construction is required
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with tax automation/workflow software a plus
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
A proactive, self-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence
