The Role

As a Remote Sales Executive (1099), you’ll sell a subscription service trusted by legal and marketing teams nationwide. You’ll engage qualified leads, conduct product demos, and close new monthly and annual subscriptions. The role is ideal for a self-driven, persuasive salesperson who thrives in autonomy and enjoys the financial upside of a performance-driven model. What You’ll Do

Prospect and close new B2B clients in marketing, lead generation, and call center sectors Conduct online presentations and demos with business owners and compliance teams Manage your own pipeline with consistent follow-up and deal tracking Hit monthly targets of 6+ new subscriptions (requirement to maintain at least 4 new monthly sales to remain eligible for retainer renewal and commission status) Nurture relationships to maximize renewals and long-term recurring revenue Who You Are

A self-starter with 3+ years of B2B closing experience, ideally in SaaS, data, or compliance Confident selling to business owners, legal, and marketing decision-makers Skilled in remote sales presentations (Zoom, Teams, etc.) Excellent communicator with a strong work ethic and follow-through Motivated by autonomy, results, and residual income This role isn’t for order-takers.
