Create actionable intelligence from various data tables and synthesize findings into investigative reports
Collaborate with Data Analytics and Data Engineering to monitor fraud‑related behavior
Utilize investigative techniques and internal/external fraud identification tools to enhance detection strategies
Conduct thorough investigations of e‑commerce transactions to identify anomalies and improve fraud prevention measures
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree or higher with 4+ years of relevant work experience in Fraud Detection, Investigations, or Analytics, or a High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant work experience
Experience in Fraud Operations or Investigations
Basic understanding of investigation‑style SQL queries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in commerce/transaction review for signal and anomalous pattern identification
Inquisitive and investigative nature with a proactive mindset
Creativity and adaptability to operate in a fast‑paced work environment
Positive learning mindset with an analytical approach to problem‑solving
