What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead strategic analytics projects and present findings that provide impactful insights for key partners - Co-design A/B experiments and manage test readouts and analyses - Support ad-hoc querying and analyses to understand customer behavior and investigate emerging trends - Build data pipelines and reporting solutions primarily utilizing Adobe Analytics clickstream data - Collaborate with various teams to ensure ongoing data quality and manage stakeholder expectations
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; master's preferred - Minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience - Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using SQL and/or SQL-like languages - Experience working with Apache Hadoop and related technology stack like Hive, Presto, etc. - Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in web analytics and designing A/B tests, with analysis of results - Familiarity with Adobe Analytics Workspace/Ad Hoc Analysis and web clickstream data - Solid understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, statistical modeling techniques, and data mining concepts - Proficiency in Python/Anaconda and advanced Excel skills
