The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves end-to-end project delivery ownership—from planning and execution to monitoring and closure—ensuring alignment with client expectations, organizational standards, and agile practices.

What You’ll Do

Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.

Drive execution of multiple concurrent projects ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical leads to translate business requirements into executable project plans.

Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests through proactive mitigation and escalation strategies.

Ensure transparent communication through regular status reporting, dashboards, and review meetings.

Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, demos).

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Oversee project financials including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and security standards.

Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across the team.

What You Know

8–15 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in a Project Management role.

Proven experience managing end‑to‑end software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects in Agile and/or Hybrid models.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, etc.).

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 are a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience in client‑facing delivery within product or consulting environments.

Understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Exposure to data analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation projects is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Compensation Band $120 - $130K per annum
