In this role, you’ll get to:
Lead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for Agoda’s new & emerging marketing channels.
Analyse large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behaviour, and market trends, turning raw data into actionable insights.
Design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), build structured analyses, and evaluate campaign effectiveness to drive data‑driven channel growth.
Partner with various business functions to identify opportunities and interpret complex data using SQL, Tableau, or other tools.
Communicate performance updates and strategic recommendations clearly to senior management.
What you’ll need to succeed:
4‑6 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
Innovative problem‑solving skills and resourceful implementation of creative solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing senior leaders with commercial acumen.
