The Presales Solutions Engineer role is a technical presales position within our Global Merchant Services team operating in the Global Sales organization. You will provide technical discovery, product demos, solution design, and integration support for customers primarily headquartered in the US and Canada, with global reach. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in a local office. Essential Responsibilities

Actively participate in the technical discovery phase with customers to understand their needs and requirements. Assist customers during integration and onboarding, ensuring smooth deployment of solutions. Explain complex technical concepts to C-level executives and non-technical audiences. Record and review the solutioning process with the integration team to ensure technical and business requirements are met. Represent the technical voice of the customer internally, participating in product design and roadmap reviews to ensure customer needs are addressed. Expected Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Additional Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a presales consultant, solutions engineer, technical account manager, systems architect, or similar position. At least 3 years of experience working directly with large enterprise clients. Industry experience with payments, merchant services, e-commerce, and/or retail. Working knowledge of API and web technologies (REST, GraphQL, JavaScript). Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners and a passion for collaborating on complex projects in a team environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; comfortable presenting to C-level executives. Compensation

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $111,500 to $191,950. Actual compensation is based on various factors including location, experience, and performance. The total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits. Benefits
