Finance Manager

Finance Manager Job Description & Responsibilities: Assist sales department and Sales Managers with operations in the new and used car sales area Assist customers with the arrangement of financing for their new or used vehicle purchases Present customers with additional products designed to enhance their ownership experience and protect their investment Able to structure deals for maximum profitability Maintain certification as required by the state and regulatory commissions Able to submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals Ensure every transaction is fully and completely compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines Preparation of final paperwork, contracts, and registration for vehicles purchased Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts and resolve an issues in timely matter Job Requirements: Must be able to give exceptional customer service Automobile dealership experience in sales and/or finance a plus Basic computer knowledge using desktop Microsoft computers and iPad Automotive specific knowledge including Tekion and Dealertrack are a plus Excellent verbal and written communication Strong negotiation and presentation skills a must Professional appearance Proven track record in a competitive environment Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures Personal and professional integrity are an absolute must We Offer: Sign-On Bonus of $5,000 Excellent compensation opportunities from $80,000 to $150,000 per year Health, dental, and vision insurance 401K with matching Steady company with excellent background in ethical business practices A company that is focused on supporting our employees and their professional growth
