Compensation & Schedule Salary:
$90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, with opportunities for bonuses. Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Own your property’s financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends and competitors to maintain strong occupancy.
Identify and implement operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality and resident experience.
Conduct regular property and vacant unit inspections to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulations and policies.
Partner with maintenance and vendors to ensure prompt, high‑quality service resolution.
Create an industry‑leading resident experience, focusing on high quality product and service while fostering community engagement to support renewals and reputation.
Hire, train, and lead a high‑performing on‑site team.
Inspire team growth through goal setting, coaching, and regular performance check‑ins.
Build a culture of accountability, empowerment, and recognition.
Lead property and resident related activity while ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations.
Be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and participate in company events or meetings.
Qualifications
1‑3 years experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry designations (CPM, CAM, RMP) a plus.
Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and sales experience.
Knowledge of fair housing regulations.
Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, ADP.
Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, and EliseAI is a bonus.
Leadership: strong communicator with emotional intelligence to lead, coach, and empower others.
Customer focus: committed to delivering a high‑quality, personalized resident experience.
Business mindset: data‑driven, results‑oriented, and motivated to exceed goals.
Adaptability: performs confidently in fast‑paced environments.
