As we look to 2026, we’re facing major changes in our GTM motion: new products, a changing market landscape, a larger GTM function, and increased GTM specialization. You’ll need to quickly build a deep understanding of Stripe’s key segments, buyer personas, and differentiation. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a deep understanding of Stripe’s products and the market Stripe operates in. You will: Build, lead, and develop a team of PMMs, and develop comprehensive GTM enablement strategies for Stripe’s suite of products including customer-facing assets and AI-based capabilities. Create compelling customer-facing messaging and sales assets that differentiate Stripe in the market. Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to translate technical features into clear value propositions for customers. Stay abreast of industry trends to inform positioning and identify new market opportunities for Stripe’s offerings. Work with Sales to develop tailored pitch decks, ROI calculators, product sheets, and other materials that highlight Stripe’s business value. Establish governance and measurement practices to keep content current and effective. Collaborate across Stripe to develop and launch AI tooling to support sellers. Lead programs that prepare sellers for major product launch events. Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum Requirements
10+ years of product marketing experience; strong preference for candidates with technical products and enterprise sales cycle experience 5+ years of experience managing teams with a track record of building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams Builder mentality with a bias to action in a fast-paced environment Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills; ability to turn complex information into clear, strategic messaging Exceptional communication and follow-up; strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Comfort toggling between strategy and execution Deep understanding of sellers’ challenges and the sales cycle, and experience collaborating with GTM teams Optimistic and relentlessly focused on advancing the team’s goals Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise sales cycles and technical products Comfort working with senior executives across disciplines Strong problem-solving and analytical ability with a test-and-learn mindset Strong collaboration, openness to alternate views, and ability to influence stakeholders Experience using AI-powered tooling for sellers Work Arrangement
Hybrid work at Stripe. This role is available in an office or remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office). In-office expectations: Office-based time in the local office or with users to support in-person collaboration. Remote: A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of Stripe’s offices. You may come to the office for meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, but the expectation is to regularly work from home. Stripe does not cover relocation costs for remote roles. The annual US base salary range for this role is $205,800 - $308,700. For sales roles, the range includes OTE. This range may be narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants outside the US may request salary range during the interview process. Benefits may include equity, bonuses or commissions, 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and wellness stipends.
