Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking a qualified BCBA to provide clinical supervision and oversight of ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or other delays. The position is full‑time and may include hybrid work in the Oakland, Livermore, Hayward, San Leandro, or Dublin area.
Pay & Benefits Base pay range: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year, plus a sign‑on bonus and monthly performance bonuses. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for clients with autism and related developmental conditions.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to tailor ABA programs to each client’s unique needs.
Deliver individual and group learning experiences to facilitate progress toward treatment goals.
Supervise and train mid‑level supervisors, BCaBAs, and direct care staff; provide guidance, review progress, determine treatment effectiveness, and consult on program implementation.
Conduct assessments, set treatment goals, analyze data, and write progress reports under the Clinical Director’s supervision.
Generate and administer Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools such as VB‑MAPP, ABBS‑R, and Vineland‑III.
Develop and oversee behavioral plans and adaptive skill interventions for clients.
Provide behavioral consultation to families and schools.
Model and teach staff intervention strategies and protocols.
Maintain ABA session schedules, manage adjustments, and oversee client coordination.
Meet with families/caregivers weekly—either in‑clinic or via telehealth—to review progress and adjust treatment plans.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
BCBA certification.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Valid California Driver’s license (for in‑person or hybrid work) and reliable transportation.
Consistent weekly schedule with availability in the afternoon and evenings.
