A valid Food Handler’s Card is required for this position.
Responsibilities
Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and guest specifications.
Visually inspect, select, and use only ideal food items for preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times.
Serve guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
Ensure knowledge of menu and food products.
Stock and maintain designated food stations.
Inspect all food sent from the kitchen.
Practice correct food handling and storage procedures according to federal, state, local, and company regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years high‑volume food production experience.
Fast‑paced work environment experience (banquet or resort preferred).
Open availability including weekends and holidays.
Hotels or resort banquet experience is a plus.
