Compensation:
On Target Earnings $75,000 - $115,000 (base + uncapped commission), quarterly bonus, and equity eligible.
What You’ll Do:
Drive new business opportunities through 100+ outbound calls each day
Partner with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline and hit monthly goals
Engage prospects through phone, email, and digital outreach to uncover challenges and provide solutions
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and help refine outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of outbound sales experience with a high call volume
Strong communication skills and genuine interest in a sales career
Motivated self‑starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced startup environment
Experience with SaaS or financial tools is a plus
