We are seeking a Director for our Research & Development Tax Credit practice. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and provides clients with exceptional services. At EisnerAmper, we provide R&D tax credit consulting for all potentially eligible industries for the R&D tax credit from the scoping phase to defending claims with federal and state tax agencies. This includes c-corporations, s-corporations and partnerships. A portion of our client base seeks to monetize the R&D tax credit as a qualified small business via the payroll tax credit offset. What Work You Will Be Responsible For

Responsible for managing and coordinating R&D tax credit consulting services for clients.

Preparing the necessary qualitative and quantitative documentation to support R&D tax credit claims.

Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services.

Research and consult on technical matters and special projects.

Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service.

Actively participate in business development efforts to include working collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with client prospects.

Manage, train, and develop staff. Participate in the performance review process.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.

10+ years of Accounting Experience and or Research & Development Credits (R&D).

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or other.

CPA or equivalent.

New York Salary Information

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between 120000 and 250000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Contact
