Location Illinois – we are open to exploring locations that best serve the local community and align with your professional network. This position is for a start‑up outpatient pediatric clinic that will open under your leadership.

Job Description As Clinic Director you will: manage clinical and non‑clinical staff; oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations; support therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans; collaborate on digital marketing and public relations; coordinate with medical professionals and stakeholders; promote efficient service utilization and program development; facilitate continuing education and mentorship; and help scale the clinic’s growth while sustaining a culture of inclusion, authenticity, and excellence.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.

Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice; service includes treating patients.

Experience delivering care to pediatric patients, preferably in outpatient or clinic settings.
