Recruiting Manager - 8x Presidents Club / CEO Club My client, a well known National Law Firm, is seeking a talented junior associate with 2+ years experience in labor and employment law to join their growing management-side practice in their Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful responsibility in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you will do
Represent employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and restrictive covenant matters.
Draft and respond to discovery requests and manage all facets of the discovery process.
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
Support partners and senior associates in case strategy, hearings, and trial preparation.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties professionally and effectively.
Stay current on federal, state, and local employment law. mrllp.com
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Admission to the California state bar required.
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle discovery independently.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service and professional growth.
Compensation The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $205,000–$240,000, depending upon experience and other relevant factors. This is a generous bonus-eligible job that features a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.
