Plaintiff Employment Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to advocate for employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related matters.
Base Pay Range $180,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side employment class action matters, including pre‑litigation and litigation phases.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Take and defend depositions, attend court hearings, mediations, and trials.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.>
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff employment law.
Strong litigation skills, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
Salary and Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $180k - $400k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
