Position Overview This role assumes responsibility for strategic planning, direction, and overall accountability for analytics functions within the ISD and IS Data Management department. The incumbent serves as a liaison and subject‑matter expert for enterprise analytics and the use of data, chairs and facilitates the Analytics Steering Committee, develops and prioritizes long‑term strategic plans with key stakeholders and executives, establishes the department budget, recommends technology platform performance, and collaborates on projects requiring reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Responsibilities
Manage quality of care & patient satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and develop department staff.
Participate in research, education & training.
Manage operational profitability.
Drive growth initiatives.
Oversee physical & technology infrastructure.
Lead application development strategies.
Serve as the primary source of decision‑support applications.
Perform related duties as required.
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree. Preferred: Master’s degree.
Work Experience Required: 5 years of healthcare management experience, including 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)
Proficient with Windows‑style applications and various software packages.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
Professional attitude and skills to relate to executive management, professionals, and business and community leaders.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and review staff work on projects involving complex business and technical matters.
Exhibits excellent leadership and self‑direction; demonstrates good judgment in handling difficult situations and strong organizational, time‑management, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Self‑directed with strong analytical and operational problem‑solving skills.
