Universal Energy Solutions, a leading provider of energy solutions, is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our team in Springdale, OH.

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales revenue.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing client accounts, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities

Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their energy requirements and present relevant solutions and services

Collaborate with our sales support team to develop customized proposals, including pricing, contract terms, and implementation plans

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any client concerns and ensuring their needs are met

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to provide insights and recommendations to management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Prior experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Representative, preferably in the energy industry

Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
