Mid-Market GTM & Sales Leader
with 10+ years in high-tech, cybersecurity, or cloud markets. The ideal candidate will drive the design, execution, and optimization of Radware’s mid-market strategy and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Strategy: Analyze competitive landscape, define addressable markets, and identify operational gaps to drive strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Build a unified market view across stakeholders; align operations, marketing, and sales to execute on shared goals.
Go-To-Market Leadership: Develop and lead GTM plans including segmentation, coverage models, compensation plans, partner recruitment, and marketing programs.
Product & Positioning: Collaborate with product teams to refine packaging, pricing, and positioning tailored to the mid-market and cloud application security.
Lead a mid-market sales team of up to 10 account managers. Drive ARR and new ACV growth through full-cycle sales execution. Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM accuracy. Strengthen partner and distributor ecosystems.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience: 10 years in mid-market program management, GTM strategy, or sales leadership within cybersecurity, high-tech, or cloud security.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, firewalls, routers, and switches. Familiarity with network security, web application firewalls, cloud security, cloud operations, and virtualization is a plus.
Track Record: Proven record of driving ARR/ACV growth and scaling mid-market operations.
Attributes: Independent, self-motivated, competitive, high-powered, and polished.
Channel Experience: Proven experience working with and selling through channels, leveraging relationships with VARs, integrators, and service providers.
Network: Rolodex of executive contacts and selling experience with accounts in the region.
