Corpay is currently hiring an Account Manager for our North American Fleet division in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role supports our Fuel line of business and reports directly to the Manager, National Accounts.

Account Manager

Schedule : Monday‑Friday 1 pm‑10 pm CST. Hybrid environment with assigned workspace in Brentwood, company‑issued equipment, monthly home internet stipend, and formal hands‑on training.

Role Responsibilities

Work directly with assigned clients to provide day‑to‑day account support, resolve problems, conduct research, and analyze issues.

Respond to inbound emails, faxes, and phone calls.

Develop and execute client‑service delivery strategies around client needs, contract specifications, and cost components.

Conduct scheduled calls, including training and education.

Monitor service‑level status using customer feedback.

Interfere and develop relationships with internal departments to support the customer base.

Qualifications & Skills

Self‑driven to develop professionally, improve performance, and understand the tools in place.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience required.

One to two years of customer‑servicing experience.
