WORX is a full‑service agency that takes digital to the next level, and we are currently seeking a Website Experience & Support Specialist to join our team.
The Website Experience & Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing website experiences for WORX client partners via Content Management Systems (CMS). The ideal candidate should have experience using website Content Management Systems, a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, an understanding of SEO, and experience with website tracking and event tracking implementation.
Responsibilities
Work in collaboration with UX, content/marketing, and technology teams to produce and implement strong content design for digital interfaces
Interface directly with WORX client partners to collect website content and strategize on implementation
Populate and maintain websites and landing pages utilizing various CMS platforms (ConcreteCMS, WordPress, Unbounce, etc.)
Optimize website content for SEO and metadata
Conduct regular website audits and remediations for ADA compliance using a 3rd party auditing system
Implement Google Tag Manager and event tracking for website analytics adhering to data privacy and cookie compliance rules
Create CMS user guides and conduct CMS trainings with client partners upon launch of new websites
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in website support, user experience or a related field
Experience with CMS platforms
Understanding of website analytics and Tag Manager implementation
Knowledge of SEO and metadata best practices
Familiarity with website accessibility guidelines and regulations
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Location This is a full‑time position that requires the candidate to be in our Prospect, Connecticut office with the flexibility of remote work when needed.
